There's nothing worse than trying to renovate a renovation, or even put a price to the work. It is usually more cost effective and efficient to tear it all out and find the acceptable starting point. Because so many things that were done in the past, don't
get done that way now, you can never blend todays products with yesterdays. We
sense things aren't quite right when locks and deadbolts are upside down in doors,
or a plug-in is upside down.

new landing and stairwell fit the house perfectly.
